So most people will be home tomorrow night, handing out candy and glad to be inside out of the cold. That's not for me. First of all it's Tucson, not cold, not even windy! Second of all, we're going downtown to the Fox Theatre, a recently redone masterpiece, actually the same place we saw Joan Baez last week. I'm jazzed! I love Jack Nicholson and this is Jack at his best! Of course, I've seen it more than a dozen times over the years. I really have only seen one other movie more often, and that, of course, is Pulp Fiction. (Just a little more information than I needed, Vince) Any way, that's why I won't be around for the little goblins and Cretans and things like that. I know there are lots of kids around here, sorry, chilluns, no snickers from me!
After The Shining, some of the more easily amused can watch "The Exorcist", which for some reason, I just never got. Just as well, one shouldn't be out too late on Halloween! Hurry home with thoughts of the Overlook Hotel in my brain!
