One of the reasons I started looking for some answers to my medical questions is the fact that I am tired all of the time. I never get into bed on time, I can't fall asleep quickly and I get woken up in the middle of the night, every night. Since I usually have to get up fairly early, I'm usually exhausted by early in the afternoon. According to what I've been finding out, I'm not alone in these symptoms. Lots of people do the same thing, night after night and day after day. Since I figured some of this out, I've tried to get to bed earlier, but for some reason my body doesn't want to co-operate much. Turns out this is one major reason for weight gain, not enough sleep. It all adds up, doesn't it?
