The first seminar I went to about adrenal fatigue mentioned cooking oil as a problem in America. Eating food that is cooked in oil that has been re-heated, for any reason, is a big red flag. That is why things like french fries are so bad. Not because they are cooked in oil but because they are cooked in oil that is heated and reheated. Our bodies just are not equipped to synthesize the products cooked this way. Plus, certain types of oils are worse than others to begin with.
In the article I quoted yesterday from First magazine, there was a side bar about cooking oil. Attributed to Ann Louise Gittleman, PhD, it says that certain types of cooking oils are better than other for getting your thyroid to work at its peak. She says to limit intake of soybean, corn and safflower oils and to avoid labels with hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils. Instead switch to coconut, avocado or flaxseed oils. These types don't block iodine absorption and can nourish the liver. All of this has been repeated in several books and articles I have run across lately.
i saw your post, through the subject is new too me,its easy to understand the facts behind this.

I'm sorry, I don't know anything about that and it is the first time I have heard anything like it. I may be able to ask someone later today and if I do, I will post another comment.
