I haven't been keeping up lately. I had been trying to fight my adrenal problems by myself since I figured out what my problem was. While my treatments had allowed me to loose some weight, I still wasn't progressing toward health very well. I finally went to the compounding pharmacy and got some Adrenal Rebuilder, made by Future Formulations,LLC in Tucson. I have written about the creator of these supplements before, James L. Wilson, N.D.,D.C.,Ph.D. He wrote the book that is a wealth of information but I thought I could harness the information and cure myself.The book is, "Adrenal Fatigue,The 21st Century Stress Syndrome" and if you think you have an adrenal problem, you should definitely seek it out.  I guess this guy knows more about it than I do, needless to say. Soon after I sought out the Future Formulation, LLC line, I started taking the Adrenal Rebuilder and seriously started feeling better. You're supposed to take a concentrated amount for 2-3 months and thereafter, as needed. There are other nutrition supplements as well, I'm just not able to afford all of them right now.
